The Lab at Ada’s Pricing

In addition to our public calendar of Ada’s hosted events, The Lab at Ada’s is equipped to host a variety of private events, ranging from catered meetings to family style meal parties to cocktail parties and more! The pricing below represents the minimum fee for renting The Lab; all events can be further customized. Pricing does not include sales tax or service fee (20% on food and beverage charges), but does include set up and clean up and staffing during your event (unless noted). A $30 per hour, per staff member charge will be added to your event, however staff charges will only be applied to your event’s actual hours of operation. All setup, cleaning, and event prep time is included in our food and beverage pricing. The Lab at Ada’s Meeting Space
The Lab at Ada’s is available for meetings, workshops and retreats, too!

    • $100 per hour (un-hosted; 2 hour minimum)
    • $150 per hour (with staff; 2 hour minimum)
    • $400 per day (un-hosted; 8am-5pm)
  • Includes AV and cleaning

Continental Breakfast, coffee, and lunch options are available for your all day meetings.
