In addition to our public calendar of Ada’s hosted events, The Lab at Ada’s is equipped to host a variety of private events, ranging from catered meetings to family style meal parties to cocktail parties and more! The pricing below represents the minimum fee for renting The Lab; all events can be further customized. Pricing does not include sales tax or gratuity on hosted food and beverage charges (20%), but does include clean up, and staffing during your event (unless noted). All Lab bookings are charged an hourly room rate, which can be reduced by meeting a food and beverage minimum. Our food and beverage minimum for a Sunday through Thursday event is $1,000. For a Friday or Saturday event, the minimum is $1,300.
The hourly rental rate for The Lab, staffed, is $100/hr with a food and beverage minimum, and $200/hr without. If you’re not sure which pricing works best for your event, at The Lab, we will always apply the pricing model that most benefits our clients.
